Cant even learn my password

Three times I set or reset my password and iFlix cant get it. I reset it, sign in on the webpage, get transferred to the app, and "Oh no! Looks like…"
They say it looks like I got my password or user name wrong. I say it looks like Im going to stick with iTunes.
