Your app needs fixing plus additional features needed

I dont know if its the app that causes buffering or because your service, but it happens way too often from my experience. Address this issue.

Second, why does the video have to stop if I want to enable/disable subtitles? Competing services allow me to switch it off/on on the fly.

Third, sometimes when I download for offline use, the menu would freeze with the spinning animation on top. Usually happens when I have multiple items on queue. Address this as well.

Ive mentioned this before in the beta, please find a better font choice for subtitles. If possible, allow multiple choices of fonts as well as the option to make it small, normal, or large. The current one doesnt look good. Move the Watch History on Top so i can easily continue where I left off. I dont like having to scroll down just to find the show I was watching.
