Not playing anything, not loading at all

I was hoping to sign up to iFlix now that my free trial is almost over. Ive been watching on my Mac all along, but when I tried to watch on my iPhone the app loads nothing. So disappointing. Im sorry but youve lost two prospective paying customers – me and my partner. You should get your act together now that Netflix has become available worldwide.
